Led end-to-end product design for enterprise transportation platforms supporting dispatch, brokerage, and driver operations. Collaborated with product owners, engineers, business stakeholders, and end users to transform complex operational workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences. Designed and evolved a Dispatch Operations Platform, Broker Operations Platform, and Android Driver App that improved freight visibility, load assignment, communication, and real-time decision-making across enterprise and mobile products.
