Led end-to-end product design for three transportation platforms—including an enterprise Dispatch Operations Platform, Broker Operations Platform, and mobile Driver App—creating scalable, user-centered experiences across complex SaaS ecosystems and Android applications. Designed intuitive workflows, modern UI systems, and data-rich interfaces that improved operational efficiency, usability, and cross-platform consistency for dispatchers, brokers, and drivers.

Applications & Projects

As Senior UI/UX Designer, I led the end-to-end design of an integrated Transportation Operations Platform ecosystem supporting drivers, dispatchers, freight brokers, and internal operations teams. I designed a mobile-first driver application that enabled drivers to manage pay, book loads, upload documents, and receive real-time operational updates while on the road. By simplifying complex workflows and aligning the experience to real driver needs, the platform increased engagement, improved usability, and contributed to a measurable reduction in driver turnover within its first year. The initiative established CRST’s first unified digital driver platform and improved communication and operational efficiency across the fleet.

In parallel, I led the design of the enterprise dispatch and operations platform used to manage freight workflows across HR, Safety, Sales, and Operations. The platform centralized load visibility, driver and equipment management, and operational decision-making into a unified system. Working closely with dispatch teams and stakeholders, I translated complex transportation workflows into intuitive user journeys, role-based dashboards, and streamlined task flows that improved load assignment speed, reduced operational friction, and strengthened cross-functional collaboration through clearer, actionable data.

To extend capabilities beyond internal operations, I designed a broker-facing logistics platform that provided external partners with real-time access to load tracking, shipment visibility, booking workflows, and historical freight data. By adapting core operational tools into a secure, user-friendly broker experience, the platform improved customer satisfaction, strengthened partner communication, and supported new revenue opportunities for the organization.

Across all initiatives, I collaborated closely with product owners, architects, developers, business stakeholders, and end users to design scalable systems aligned with real operational needs. My work combined user research, workflow strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI execution to simplify complex logistics processes, improve visibility, and drive efficiency across the transportation ecosystem.
