Work Experience

Work Experience

Different industries. One consistent approach to designing better experiences.

My career spans transportation technology, higher education, and enterprise platforms. Across each role, I have focused on understanding complex workflows, turning research into clear design direction, and creating scalable experiences that help people work more efficiently and make better decisions.

Led end-to-end product design for transportation operations platforms supporting dispatchers, freight brokers, drivers, and operational teams.

I designed and evolved an enterprise Dispatch Operations Platform, Carrier and Broker Operations Platform, and Android Driver App used to manage freight visibility, load assignment, driver communication, documentation, and operational decision-making.

I partnered with product owners, engineers, business leaders, analysts, QA teams, and end users to transform complex business requirements and operational workflows into scalable, user-centered product experiences.

  • Led UX and UI design from research and problem definition through production-ready design.
  • Translated business requirements and user research into actionable product direction.
  • Created user flows, workflow diagrams, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
  • Conducted qualitative research and usability testing supported by behavioral and quantitative product insights.
  • Designed accessible interfaces aligned with enterprise design systems and product standards.
  • Presented research findings and design recommendations to product stakeholders and leadership.
  • Met with dispatchers, drivers, operations teams, and stakeholders to understand workflows and product needs.
  • Worked with product managers to define requirements, priorities, and interaction patterns.
  • Designed and prototyped new workflows in Figma.
  • Reviewed concepts with users and stakeholders before development.
  • Collaborated directly with engineering and QA throughout implementation.
  • Evaluated released experiences and identified opportunities for continued product improvement.
