Led end-to-end product design for transportation operations platforms supporting dispatch, brokerage, and driver workflows. Designed and evolved an enterprise Dispatch Operations Platform, Broker Operations Platform, and Android Driver App used to manage freight visibility, load assignment, communication, and operational decision-making.
