Applications & Projects
As Senior UI/UX Designer, I led the design of an integrated Transportation Operations Platform ecosystem that supported drivers, dispatchers, freight brokers, and internal operations teams. I served as the lead designer for a mobile-first driver experience that enabled drivers to manage pay, book loads, submit documents, and receive real-time updates on the road. By simplifying complex workflows and aligning the interface to real driver needs, the application increased engagement and contributed to a significant reduction in driver turnover within its first year. This initiative marked a major milestone for CRST, establishing its first unified digital driver platform and setting the foundation for improved communication and operational efficiency across the fleet.
In parallel, I designed the enterprise dispatch platform responsible for internal freight management. This system unified HR, Safety, Sales, and Operations around a shared source of truth, streamlining load visibility and daily dispatch workflows. Working closely with dispatch teams, I translated operational processes into intuitive user journeys and a role-based dashboard that enhanced decision-making and reduced errors. These improvements increased load assignment speed and strengthened cross-department collaboration through clearer, more actionable data.
To extend operational capabilities beyond internal teams, I also created the broker-facing logistics platform that provided external partners with real-time access to load tracking, booking, and shipment history. By adapting core dispatch capabilities into a secure, lightweight interface for brokers, the platform improved customer satisfaction and opened new revenue opportunities for the organization. This holistic design approach ensured consistency across driver, dispatcher, and broker experiences while meeting the unique needs of each user group.
Across all platforms, I collaborated with product owners, architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and end users to design systems that aligned with operational realities and scaled with organizational growth. My work blended research, strategy, and high-fidelity execution to deliver products that simplified complex logistics workflows, enhanced visibility, and improved efficiency across the transportation ecosystem.
